I am a HTPC (Home Theater PC), and on my Linux box (Red Hat Fedora Core 6) on my screen, Sony has (2003, rear projection type monitor).
The problem is that the "big zoom mode is used to artificially stretch the image to fill the screen, cut the top and bottom of the image (and probably others on the left and right). He 'has no control over the TV in order to move the image - is a digital signal.
Is it possible to use X to root the actual size of the desktop (windows, defining for example?)
